DOVER BUSINESS COLLEGE STUDENT FROM SADDLE BROOK
PASSES CERTIFIED BILLING AND CODING SPECIALIST EXAM
Dover Business College is pleased to announce that Amy Albert of Saddle Brook in Bergen County, NJ, recently passed the Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) exam. Ms. Albert is a graduate of the Medical Insurance and Coding Administration (MICA) program at the Clifton Campus.
Graduates of the MICA program at Dover Business College are eligible to sit for the CBCS exam. Certified Billing and Coding Specialists are prepared to work in a variety of healthcare environments, including physicians’ offices, healthcare clinics and insurance companies.
“Certified Billing and Coding Specialists are an important part of any medical facility,” said Gabriel Holder, MD, Chair of the Dover Business College Medical Assistant and MICA programs. “Dover Business College students are trained to assemble patient records and handle a variety of insurance responsibilities, resulting in a productive office environment.”
